
Bandai Namco Filmworks has revealed exciting details for the 10th anniversary celebrations of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, set to take place at New York Comic Con 2025. Director Tatsuyuki Nagai will make a special appearance on October 9 at 2:00 p.m. for an autograph session at the Tamashii Nations booth.
Fans with tickets for the free session will receive a commemorative poster featuring exclusive Barbatos Rises at NYC artwork by mechanical designer Naohiro Washio. Attendees may also bring one personal item for signing, subject to staff approval.

Upcoming Gundam Anime Releases
As part of the anniversary celebrations, the standalone anime Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans – Urðr Hunt Special Edition: Path of the Little Challenger will premiere in Japanese theatres on October 31, 2025, with a North American release planned.
In addition, fans will be treated to a brand-new short film titled Makuai no Kusabi, created to honour the franchise’s 10-year milestone. This short will be screened alongside Urðr Hunt as part of the theatrical release.
