India is praised for a lot of things, but following traffic rules is not one of them, especially in a city like Delhi NCR, where people are oblivious to traffic rules. I live in NCR, and the sheer amount of rules I see people breaking in a day is just absurd, from using unauthorized number plates to illegal modifications on vehicles, and my personal favorite, driving on the sidewalk to overtake someone. Traffic police can only do so much, so to help them, we can now take the mantle and file complaints against such traffic violations on our own. This is possible because of the Traffic Prahari app launched by the government. This article will cover all the know-how about the application.

Report Any Traffic Violations Instantly
Through this application, you can report traffic violations with photos and videos that you will capture. For example, you see someone driving without a helmet, then all you have to do is launch the application, grant location access, and then use the in-app camera to click pictures and fill out the complaint form. Once you have filled in all the details and submitted the complaint, it will be reviewed. After review, if the complaint is genuine, the person will receive a challan on their number.
