Hunter x Hunter manga creator Yoshihiro Togashi posted his second update to X (formerly Twitter) in just over a week, revealing that he had completed the process of specifying the backgrounds for Chapter 414.

As alluded to, this follows his update for Chapter 413, similarly revealing the completion of the chapter’s background specifications. It also marks his first set of successive posts since December 2024, just after he announced that his manga would return to hiatus following its return in October that year.

VIZ publishes the Hunter x Hunter manga, releasing 37 of the total 38 volumes in English. You can read the series on MANGA Plus and the Shonen Jump app. The first volume is described:
