Voice actors Kaito Ishikawa and Maaya Uchida shared a joint statement on their respective social media accounts, announcing their marriage. The statement reads:
To everyone,
This is a sudden announcement. Maaya Uchida and Kaito Ishikawa have gotten married.
We are deeply grateful to our fans who have always supported us and to everyone involved who has helped us along the way. Thanks to the warm encouragement we’ve received from all of you, we’ve been able to continue on our paths until today.
As we both work in the same entertainment industry, we are important to each other, sharing mutual understanding and respect for our work. While spending time together, we came to strongly feel that we wanted to walk through life side by side, and thus we have taken this new step together in the form of marriage.
As we reach this new milestone in our lives, we will strive to carry even greater responsibility and continue to grow both as people and as performers. Through our married life, we hope to cultivate richer experiences and sensitivities and apply them to our future work.
Though we are still inexperienced as a couple, we ask for your continued warm support and guidance. We would be truly happy if you could watch over us kindly.
